can I stop things from going to Icloud?

Hello Everyone,

I am thinking about buying my daughter an Ipod Touch for her birthday and I want her to be able to access my itunes library but was wondering if there is a way to lock certain songs from being transferred? Some of the songs in my library aren't suitable for her age group and I was hoping there is a way to stop them from transferring??
