I connected my iPhone to the bluetooth system in my truck and it was working, but I answered a call and switched it to the iPhone for privacy, now I can't get it to work on the bluetooth, even though it says its connected.

I had this same problem with my Acura...very frustrating. The sound would only come through the phone, not through the car. Took some hints I found onliine and did the following: (1) turned off WiFi on the phone and (2) resynched my phone to iTunes on my PC. Miraculously, it worked. Not sure why...it must have reset something. Hope it works for you too.
