i have an app i want to cancel it, it has a monthly the app dev said i had to cancel through iTunes...i deleted it from iTunes...i do not want to pay anymore

If the subscription was initiated with your Apple ID through the App, you can cancel it by setting its Auto Renewal to Off:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If it was initiated through a website or other method without an Apple ID, you should be able to cancle it through the app's website.
