Q: I have an app store gift card but it does not have a pin number which is requested when I try to find out card value. It just has a card number.

I have an app store gift card. I am trying to find out the value. When I tried to redeem the website asks for the card number which was under a label I had to peel off but it also asks for a pin which should be to the right of the card number. My card does not have that pin number. What should I do?

Where are you trying to redeem the code?

In the app store scroll to the bottom and click "Redeem".

When I click redeem it wants a card code number and a pin which both appear to be on the card in the example shown but my card does not look like that. It had a label for me to peal off and no pin. It is titled App Store and has the app logo. I will check out the link you gave me - thanks.
