Iphone 3g loses its APN settings completely when using WiFi

Hello, my Iphone 3g loses it's APN settings each time when switching Wi-Fi on and off. There is completely nothing left and I have to switch of the Iphone completely before making the new APN settings persistent (Internet.eplus.de, Simyo, Simyo) .

What can I do?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1
