Ive reset my i pad but it keep giving my this working sign for more two hours now ?

Depending upon how much content you had on the iPad, it could take quite a while. If you read the article that linked you to the discussion site .... It could take several hours to completely erase the device.
Hardly takes upto 3-4 minutes to reset and upto an hour or so to completely erase the device.
Did you "Reset all settings" or "Erase all data and settings"!?
It takes about 2-3 hours to reset.
I think that you have to restart the process.
I had the same problem while updating to ios 5.1.1.
Your iPad will enter recovery mode. Then restart the process.
