Accidentally deleted my reading list info/website, how can i recover this

Hi! While surfing the web and trying to save on my reading list. I accidentally deleted the information on my reading list. So all the saved websites are gone.

I don't have time machine set up or an external hard drive to be able to get it back.

Is there any alternative way to recover or undelete this?

Thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

You may try getting from the web, data recovery programs that might be able to recover this list but with no guarantees. You must stop using your MBP NOW for any chance of recovery to lessen the chances that the data has been overwritten.

You also may engage a data recover service that may or may not be able to recover the data but that is very expensive starting at hundreds of dollars and on up. That also with no guarantee of success.

Best of luck.

Ciao.
