IMac 21,5 mid 2010 starting very slowly

Hi, my iMac 21,5 mid 2010 Lion become very slowly in starting - it takes about 10 min. Curing of HDD didn't help, hardvare test can't be started.

Probably someone knows what to do, appreciate for help.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.6)
