How do I remove the show desktop hotkey function from right shift key?

When setting up my MacBook Pro I somehow made the right shift key function as a hotkey for the show desktop function. Now I can't figure out how to return it to being a shift key. Can anyone help?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Thanks, but I've tried this. The right shift key does not show up on any of the lists as a show desktop hotkey. u

Under Keyboard Shortcuts/Mission Control there is a tickbox for Show Desktop, with the key combination ^down arrow as the default. Changing this, or unticking the box makes no difference. I tried making ^down for the Show Desktop shortcut into right shift, so I could uncheck it. After highlighting the ^down key combination, when I hit the right shift key, OS hides the desktop without changing the ^down key combination. Restore Defaults makes no difference.
