Q: Music/videos don't work!

Today I was trying to transfer music from my Ipod Classic on to a different Itunes, I couldn't do it so i stopped. I then tried to listen to my music but it didn't work. The blue playing arrow in the top right corner was there but it the bar representing how far along the song was would stay at the start. Also after about 6/7 seconds it would change song and do the same again! Please can someone help me!

Try resetting the iPod using this procedure.

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1320

This basically "reboots" the iPod.  The iPod is NOT erased.

NOTE:  If you "stopped" some procedure iTunes was doing to the iPod by "yanking the cord," the iPod's hard drive may have become corrupted.  If that is the case, you may need to do a Restore.  A Restore will erase the iPod, re-install the latest version of software, and reset it to default ("factory") settings.
