Jul 13, 2012 10:48 AM in response to roaminggnomeby Tweenertweeener,This is so frustrating. I actually contacted them several times, no email has been received from them. Today I called a support number, of course they sent me to the express lane. Waiting for email, ha! I was planning on purchasing the newest ipad for daughter in law, not so sure any more. Hoping this and my other issues get resolved today. Have a good weekend.
