Yellowish tint on half of keyboard.. Solution return it?

My new iPad has a defect. Half of the keyboard is off-color in other words the right side of the keyboard is gray and the left side has a yellowish tent almost as if something was spilled on it. I called Apple and they told me it was glue that would dry they told me this on may 29, 2012. It's now June 28 and no change in fact it seems to have gotten worse.
