Q: i paid for a i tunes song and when finished downloading i attempted to play the song only to find it would only play the first 5 seconds of it. what happened?

I paid for a i tunes song and when finished downloading i attempted to play the song only to find it would only play the first 5 seconds of it. what happened? how can i remedy this? has anyone else had this problem? i dont want to have to purchase it agian so i am hoping there is a resolution where i dont buy it again.

Delete the song from your iTunes library, and then redownload it.

You can redownload past purchases, free of charge, by clicking "Purchased" under Quick Links (top right of iTunes store).
