The Yahoo! IMAP server “imap.mail.yahoo.com” rejected the password for user....
IMAP connections with Yahoo Professional on my MacBookPro continually asks for a password. I have deleted and recreated the account multiple times as suggested on other threads. This is not a Yahoo problem since I have no problems on my iPhone with the account. In addition, if I just reject the request to input the assword, the emails come in anyway.
THIS IS AN APPLE PROBLEM WITH LION. It did not exist prior to the Lion upgrade.
