You can't "share" Applications. They are Licensed to the User unless you get Multiple Licenses.

Have you installed it in the main Applications folder in the root folder? (from the Macintosh HD icon.) From there it should be available to other users. The license key for Office is, I believe, related to the computer, not any one user.
