Lion OS can't find my mouse
My O/S cannot find my mouse; cusor won't budge. All batteries
are new in mouse & keyboard. Options?

You probably need to re-pair your bluetooth device in Bluetooth Preferences.
How do I get to that with no cursor control?
Restarting your system should start the bluetooth setup assistant if no mouse or trackpad is found.
To do this with just the keyboard, press and hold FN Control and click F2. This will highlight the icon on the menubar. Use the down arrow to reach Restart.. and hit enter.
Turn your mouse off and back on again. The system will either recognize it or start the setup assistant.
