rental movie lost
I rented High School Musical 3 and it never downloaded fully because the connection was very bad.
I paid for it and never watched it.
I would like to download it again for free. Thank you!

I'm not sure why you think Apple should be responsible for your poor connection. However if you wish to appeal to them, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
