computer not detecting iphone

Have you tried other USB ports to rule out a problem there?

Try plugging it directly into the computer instead of a hub.

And try resterting the phone if that doesnt work.

Also don't plug it into a hub. connect it directly into the computer.

Connect it direct to a USB port on your computer - not via a hub.

If a desktop, connect direct to one of the higher powered USB ports located at the rear of the computer.

Does it detect it when plugged directly into the computer? You may need to use a powered hub.
