ipad is disabled , forgot passcode

Boot into recovery mode, connect it to iTunes and restore

i changed my password and when confirmed it said ok then when i went to get back in my ipad it says pawword in correct and locked ipad for 15 minutes when time up i tried to login and it know says locked disabled for 60 minutes i never had this ipad synced to i tunes is there away to unlock my ipad with out losing all my info
