Q: I have charges from itunes on my ipad which I thought were free. How can I talk to someone about the charges?

I have numerous charges from ITUNES that I thought were free. How can I check to see why I was charged!! Is

it possiblle to speak to someone or do I just need to email?

Welcome to the Apple community.

Can you simply not look up in the store, that what it is that you have purchased and check for yourself whether it is free or not.
