I had a Facetime icon on my iphone 4 until 2 hrs ago as did my son, how can we get it back?

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 5.1.1

No. You did not. There has NEVER been a facetime icon on the iPhone. (there is on the iPod Touch and iPad)

Facetime is accessed through contacts.
