    Me too.  The  iTunes has disappeared in all my iTunes in PC,  iPod, iPad and Apple TV.  Apple should give us a full explanation and compensate us for the period of suspension of the service.



    APPLE, have you heard what we have said?  PLEASE RESPONSE.!!!!

    We should know whats going on at least as a itunes matach subscriber, all the icloud status said on the apple website is "online", but this is not a truth indeed!


    Hong Kong Apple please explain to us!

    Not working too (HK) . Very frustrating. Have only been using this service for 3 days and it's now under maintainence without any sign, and for more than 24 hours.

    Yes, at least have a notification on Web site or email. We must ask APPLE to compensate our lost!!

    Not disagreeing with any of you - I said the same thing about the weekend outage we all had just recently. 


    Call them up, send them a feedback form and complain there.  Unfortunately Apple doesn't seem to read these boards, or if they do it doesn't get to engineering.    And I also think there should be a status page for iTM.  Amazon has it for their Cloud Services, so why not here?

    Wow, since I am in Hong Kong (7 years now), I've learnt to not trust any HK branch of any big company.

    But I was a fool enough to think that at least Apple wouldn't let us down... I was wrong again.


    I'm really regretting for having subscribed to this:

    -uploading since more than 8 days, my music is still not completely up (less than 10,000 titles)

    -I had only 30% matched although ALL my mp3 have artist/album/cover info

    -the way it is handled on iDevices *****


    and now, unreliable servers without down notice, I should just extend my dropbox/skydrive account

    Still not working in the UK for me - iTunes match stops after it completes step 1 - anyone else having this problem?

    Down in Hong Kong AGAIN!!!!!


    This is the most unreliable and frustrating service I have ever had the displeasure to consume.


    Zero status information, zero access to music, ZERO CHANCE OF A REFUND and zero apology from Apple (not even a f#%king acknowledgement that this service is severley flawed).


    Apple, please take your head out of your iCloud and show us all a bit of humility.


    While we all wait for a fix, all I can say is thank goodness for VPN and Pandora!

    This is driving me insane. All day it's been stuck at "Sending information to Apple" so I turned off iTunes Match and restarted it. Now it's stuck at "Waiting for Apple to deliver your iTunes Match results".


    I'm currently in Sri Lanka, but have a UK itunes account.
