I gifted season 1 and 2 of the show Misfits to a friend for his birthday. He never got the email. And I verified the email. What's my recourse?

See if you are able to resend the email by following these steps:
Thanks for the reply Viscosity. That was the first thing I tried. It did not work. :-(
He still id not get the email. The items do show as being purchased also.
Did your recipient check the spam folder of their email?

They will usually respond within 24 hours.
