Can I get The Amazing Spiderman Game/App for my Ipod touch 2nd generation?

I have a 2nd generation Ipod touch, and it is running on IOS 4.2.1. Is there a way I can Purchase The Amazing Spiderman App/Game?

The requirments say:

Requirements: Compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation) and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G.Requires iOS 4.0 or later.

Note it says only the 4G iPod.. So the answer is no.

I think it will work since the game's minimum requirement is iOS 4 and you already have 4.2.1.

It says I don't have the proper OpenGLS version or something like that when I try to purchase it, and then this box shows up saying that...... what does that mean?
