I purchased an audio book and downloaded it ok. When I tried to listen to it, most of it was missing. How do I download it again as it doesn't seem to mention anything about audio books in the FAQ? Can anyone help? I'm not very technically minded so please bear that in mind when replying. Thanks

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download. If it didn't download correctly then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
Until iTunes and Audible allow past audiobook downloads, I recomend buying directly from Audible. Not only are they much cheaper there, you can download them anytime you like and they stay in your library forever.
What about audio books? How do you download them again? Nothing mentioned about them.
