Why it's impossible to buy online in Indonesia?

I would like to buy a Radeon HD 5770 for my Mac Pro but impossible to buy it online.

I've been trying at the Apple Premium Reseller close to my house in Bali, and they said that it's not possible to order it from Singapore because the productt is not in their list...

So, if I can not buy Apple products online on the Apple Store Indonesia, if I can not buy Apple products in an Apple Premium Reseller, so where???

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
