Hey there, I bought two Mushkin pc3-10666 1,333Mhz 4gb ram for my mid 2009 macbook pro 13".
When i install both off them, my mac asks me to turn it off while when i install one off them (on its own or in couple with one of the old 1gb intel) it works perfectly, why is that?

Because you're using the wrong memory. You need:

Well i thought about that but obviously I bought one first to see if it works...and as I said before, on its own it works at 1333 Mhz and the mac recognizes it and works perfectly. The problem occurs when both of them are used.
What's the explanation?
I'm still with wjosten on this one - they're not designed to work with your model of MacBook Pro. You need to get the right RAM and install it in pairs (preferably).

Again, you're using the wrong memory, that's your problem. Mac's are picky about RAM & using out of spec RAM can produce the exact symptoms you're experiencing. Frankly, I've never understood why users do this, as there is no benefit to doing so, even if the memory works, and the chances are far greater it won't.
They re not designed to work with my macbook pro in pairs but they are designed to work on their own (I am actually using one of them) how come?

Well yes i totaly agree but I still have this kind of metaphysical question, cause to me something either works or not....and now it seems to be working partially
well being a pragmatist, since something is working I do not bother it, but it seems to be completelly irrational....
Nature of the beast. Apple designs these things to work within very tight specifications. Anytime you deviate from this you run the risk of things not working properly with no way to fix it. It either works, or it doesn't.
Because it works, does it mean it works as it is designed to? You can put low octane fuel into a car that is designed for high octane fuel and it will work, but not as well as it is designed. (a reverse analogy)
