iphone forgets iCal paswords

Hi,

Some of my clients have problems with heir iPhones forgetting the iCal (CalDav) password for our server. They get message ' Password is incorrect for Caldav Server'

The Macbooks that are connected to the same server have no problems.

Unfortunately the iPhone asks only one time to reenter te password, and if the user just blindly clicks 'not now' the iphone gets 'offline' and does not attempt to reconnect again, user get irritated with me because their calandars are not in sync anymore...

1. Could it be the iCal-server (Snow Lepard Server, latest update) is busy and therfore gives the 'wrong password message'?

Is there a solution? The server only serves iCal-, Push-, and Web-services.

2. Is ther a way to correct the iPhone's? (I guess not?)

Any help appreciated.
