what can ı do this problem. ı if downgrade ios 4.3.5 this problem resolve ? but cant downgrade ios...pleas help for this problem

You can not downgrade.
ı have an iphone 4 32 gb and ı upgrade ios 5.1.1 system. But iphone can not fluently working like 4s. my phone hesitation in ios 5 what can ı do
Try posting in your native language. "not fluently working" is not clear. If it's slow/laggy, etc. Try setting it up as a new device and see if it improves. If so, restore from your backup. If it starts behaving badly again, then your backup is corrupt. Set it up as a new device and re-sync your data to it (do not restore the backup).
yes slow and laggy its very bad. ı restore new device but its not solve this problem
Is/was it jailbroken or "unlocked" by someone other than the carrier it was locked to?

i bought a Turkey legal computer store and original iphone . ı didnt jailbreak the phone.
You can't buy an iPhone from a "computer store". Only from authorized carriers and their agents or directly from Apple.
Where EXACTLY did you get it? If it was a gray market phone, odds are it was hacked or jailbroken.
i restore my iphone 4 but still not fluently ios 5.1.1 i hate my phone for this problem
