My Magic Mouse is connected via Bluetooth with my iMac and right and left clicking is workign fine. However, I can't get it to scroll or swipe? I've been to system preferences and i don't get any additional options.

You have no profile entries that would indicate what operating system you are using. Without that, it is impossible to make suggestions.

Look in System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab > Mouse options... button > check Scrolling.
I have the same problem with my Magic Trackpad connected to my i7 iMac. I've messed with the Trackpad prefs by checking and uncheck the different options, but none of it seems to make a difference. I can use the Trackpad to move the cursor and to left-click, but cannot scroll or right-click with two fingers. It's like it doens't recognize multi-touch!
One more thing, I'm running OS 10.7.4.
Fixed the problem by uninstalling USB Overdrive.
