My iphone 4s is disabled now. Because i can remember my passcode. I have so many important friends and co-workers are there on my iphone.
Please help me to fix it?

Ok, it's not too bad assuiming you've backed it up with iCloud.
If you've backed it up with iCloud you can plug it into any computer with iTunes and tell it to restore.
Once done, do the setup on the phone and tell it to recover from icloud backup
