How do i fix incompatible ProKit version on my system so iPhoto can work?

i have 2008 aple macbook pro, 10.7.4 and iPhoto doesnt want to run . It sais it cannot run due to incompatible version of ProKit on my system??? What is this and how do i fix it, please?
