Season 5 of AMC TV Series 'Breaking Bad' airs live Sunday, July 15 at 10pm PDT. When exactly (date and time) will that show be available for purchase and viewing on Apple TV?

It's available when the show's owners make it available. There's no way to know for certain when that will be. Sometimes it happens quickly, and sometimes it takes days. And in some cases an episode or entire season never is made available at all. I would not depend on any given show episode being available at any particular time, and would not set up a party until after the episodes you want to show have appeared.

Thanks. Since previous shows and seasons of Breaking Bad are available through iTunes (Apple TV) does anyone know of the history of when these shows post, after a live showing?
Past history is not a reliable predictor of future behavior, particularly not when moving to a new season. I've seen shows that were posted quite quickly and reliably for several seasons and then became very erratic. And I've seen shows missed a season completely, though I would presume that since there's a preview for season 5 of Breaking Bad that they'll be providing this season's episodes.
Again, I would suggest you not plan a party around any episode before you see the episode actually appear in the iTunes Store. Otherwise you're cruising for disappointment.

I just bought Season 5 of Breaking Bad. Currently there is only a season 4 recap in the group, but the entire season will be available. In my experience, it takes about a day for new episodes to become available. But it's not 100% so you may want to wait at least a few days after it premieres on cable. Great party idea!
From my experience in watching Mad Men, new episodes pop up at about 1 am the night (or the next morning, rather) the show airs. I'm in MST.

For season 5 part 2 (aka The Final Season, Aka season 6 on parts of iTunes) - the first episode appeared at 6am PST Monday after it aired 9pm Sunday. Now with the second episode of this Final Season, it's 640am Monday and nothing yet.
I wish they would let us know what to expect.
