Q: Changed my Apple ID email and it hasn't changed on iCloud so I can't log in.

I recently changed my Apple ID email to a different one and it updated on iTunes and Apple.com but on iCloud it still has my old email when I'm prompted to enter my password. So, no passwords work and I can't log in. What do I do? I've tried restarting it thinking that might help, but it didn't.
