I cant find fontbook on my imac, could i have deleted it by accident? how can i reinstall it?

I cant install any new fonts and its really anoying ,I Would very much appreciate any ideas on how to solve this.

Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Hello, you mean it's not in the Applications folder?

What happens if you just double click on a new font?
