Hey Emmanuel, Check the dates, your bringing up the dead (June 2012). Anyway-- Blow drying is never a good idea, the heat from the dryer can cause more damage than the water. If you have water inside the phone and you attempt to charge / use when it is wet you run the risk of shorting something out and causing permanent damage to the battery and other circuits. Water can damage everything inside your phone not just the battery. You can still try the rice thing. Leave the phone turned off. Place your iPhone in a sealed bag of uncooked rice for at least 7 days, changing the rice every couple of days. after you have dried the phone attempt to turn it on. You may need to charge for 30 minutes, keep a close eye, ear and nose on it for this charge, if you see smoke, smell smoke or anything like burnt plastic or hear click or popping, unplug it ASAP and remove it from your house! (potential fire hazard if the battery is shorting out). If all appears to be charging normally, after 30 minutes attempt to use. You may need to reset, restore or try DFU recover mode to get it to work. And just to be clear, your phone may never work again, water damage is a real pain in the butt, and unpredictable. You may get your phone working again, if so, first thing make backups, you never know how long it remain working. If the phone will not recover, contact Apple about an out of warranty replacement. Good luck, but be prepared to purchased a new phone. Cheers.
