I am having problems completing an album.

On the "Complete My Album" page it gives me a price to complete an album, so I click on it, and it brings me to the album page, but there it says nothing about completing the album. So then I click to just buy the album, and it asks if I want to complete the album, so I click "complete the album" and then it does absolutely nothing. What is wrong?
