Can i edit web page with my new imac because is not instal on it?

No, you need to have iWeb installed on your new Mac before you can alter your iWeb website.
You should be able to install it onto your new Mac from old installation DVD's or you can purchase iLife 11 or iLife 09 from amazone and install it like that - both iLife 09 and 11 contain iWeb 09.
