My facebook app is missing and it does not allow me to re-download facebook application because it is already there but I cant see it.
iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.1
1. Check restrictions: Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > Apps > Allow All Apps
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. This will rearrange the stock iOS apps to their original positions, and 3rd party apps (such as Facebook) alphabetically.
First of all, on the first screen of your iphone, swie your finger from left to right. This will bring up the spotlight search feature. Search for facebook and see if it shows up. If it does, check in folders on your iPhone. If it does not show up, it would be advisable to reset your iPhone. This will NOT change any data on your phone. These are the steps:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

This didnt work. Searching for Facebook app showed nothing. Resetting did not bring back Facebook app.
