Can't Find my iPhone

Find my iPhone locates husbands phone and iMac but says my phone is offline. Reset all settings, still not seeing. Checked and re-checked iCloud, iPhone and iMac, what am i missing? All worked fine until 5.1.1 update. Apps keep saying Connect to iTunes to use Push notifications, gets stuck completely on Words with Friends app, have to restart.
