Scrolling text and logos

Could kindly anyone explain me (step by step) the process to create a scrolling text with 1 or more logos in Motion 5?

I tried, but sometimes I got text scrolling and logo standing still, sometimes the opposite, sometimes I can't make the right space for the one and for the other.. 😕
