Q: I bought an album on my iPhone one evening and lost my iPhone the same evening. I had expected to be able to download the album via iCloud onto my mac but there are no available downloads when I try in iTunes. Has anybody had this problem before?

Other information, Apple have billed me for the album so I should be able to download it

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

Depending upon which country that you are in then you might be able to re-download them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
