Q: I purchased a film a couple of weeks ago.....

.....now, every time I visit the iTunes store, it shows that it is downloading the film, plus an album track that I purchased.  It should have had plenty of time to download by now?  However, when I check on the film in my iTunes library, beside it, there is a half-shaded circle.....does this confirm that it has not fully downloaded yet?  Do you have to keep iTunes store open until the item has finished downloading?
