AppleTV sleeps too much; doesn't want to wake up

My AppleTV (2nd generation) goes to sleep after a while and doesn't come back on when I press the menu button on my remote or use Airplay. I have to disconnect it from AC power and restart it every time to use it. Does anyone else experience this as well?
