I don't have a tethering plan for the iPad. But I'm using the Internet from the carrier normally without any plans.

Regardless, the Hotspot feature is not an available option unless you have a tethering plan with your carrier or your carrier's data only plan for the iPad includes a tethering option.
I have a free MBs usage for the Internet on my micro sim, that's how I'm using the Internet right now.

Okey, if I'm using a blackberry plan on my iPad will it work?
I assume so if your Blackberry data plan includes a tethering option, but you need to contact your carrier.
