I will buy ipad2 64gb 3G from States and take it to Turkey and use Turkish cellular data service company...Is it OK to buy AT&T or Verizone and use it with a Turkish service provider, let's say Turkcell in Turkey? In other words, are ipad2s LOCKED like iphones?
