Can you upgrade the video card on the late 2008 Aluminum body Macbook?

I have been wanting to upgrade the guts of my MacBook for sometime, but figured I would ask around before I went out and bought anything. Does anyone know if you can upgrade the video card or am I stuck with the one I have now?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

The only user-replaceable parts are RAM and HDD.

If you search the forums, you may find some who claim to have hacked a graphics card replacement, but I'd be very wary of trying it.
