facetime missing
Facetime app is missing on my iPhone.
iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
That's because there is no FaceTime app for the iPhone. Settings>FaceTime>On.

There is no app.
Tap Contacts, choose the contact, scroll down to the facetime button. Tap it.
This is covered in the manual.
Turn it on..
Settings -> Restrictions -> Facetime
