Firstly you will need to open iPhoto and select all photos you wish to export. Then go to File > Export and save them to whatever file you choose, or to a USB drive if you wish. After exporting is complete (Originals will remain in iPhoto) then transfere the exported photos to whatever media you wish to use on the Digital Frame (generally USB stick).

What type of input method does the frame allow? In other words, does the Digital-Photo frame have a SD Card Slot, a USB Port, etc.?
What type of digital frame is it... Brand? Model? What type of photo formats are compatible with it?
