I was trying to download itunes and update my phone and it took over an hour. At the end of what seem like it was working, it said it had a problem. It asked if I wanted to restore and I said "yes". Not a good idea I guess. It got stuck in that mode and now I can't see anything on my phone other than a plug with a picture of a music symbol telling me to plug into iturns. I can't get to my home page or anything else.
